Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for organization and teamwork? We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join a financial team working with high-profile clients here in Ann Arbor
Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of previous Administrative Assistant experience
- Previous experience in finance or professional services (preferred)
- Strong organizational and professional level communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- $20/hr. Monday-Friday: 8 am - 5 pm
