Administrative Staff

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visiting staff at the front desk
- Coordinate desk and office space for visiting staff
- Answer phone calls and route them to appropriate staff
- Reserve conference rooms upon staff request
- Organize conference rooms, including equipment setup for calls and meetings
- Manage catering orders and food/beverage needs
- Scan incoming client documents and manage associated workflows
- Prepare FedEx and certified labels for shipping
- Order and stock incoming supplies
- Assist with local office event coordination
- Provide assistance/back-up for other administrative team members when needed
- 2 years of office experience preferred
- Proven administrative, organizational, and time management skills
- Solid technical proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work in the office five days per week
