Our partner is seeking an Administrative Staff member to support critical business needs in Ann Arbor, MI. The role involves providing assistance to offices, partners, and practice teams, optimizing firm operations, and contributing to success.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and visiting staff at the front desk

Coordinate desk and office space for visiting staff

Answer phone calls and route them to appropriate staff

Reserve conference rooms upon staff request

Organize conference rooms, including equipment setup for calls and meetings

Manage catering orders and food/beverage needs

Scan incoming client documents and manage associated workflows

Prepare FedEx and certified labels for shipping

Order and stock incoming supplies

Assist with local office event coordination

Provide assistance/back-up for other administrative team members when needed

Requirements

2 years of office experience preferred

Proven administrative, organizational, and time management skills

Solid technical proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to work in the office five days per week
