Job Description

Provide administrative support to multiple Vice Presidents of Supply Chain

Support the VPs with travel arrangements, calendar management and daily meeting preparation.

Review and prepare expense reports.

Schedule meetings with attendees in various international time zones.

Flexible to meetings/requests that occur outside of normal business hours.

Prepare reports, presentations and communications for the team as necessary.

Coordinate and plan departmental meetings and events.

Process invoices, ensuring they are coded appropriately.

Provide back-up assistance to admin team as needed.

Manage supplies, equipment, and other materials for the department.

Assist with other administrative projects/tasks as needed
