Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. The Account Executive will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively with clients and team members.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target insurance agents and agencies as potential customers.
  • Research and analyze the insurance market to identify potential clients in need of leads.
  • Engage with insurance professionals to understand their specific lead requirements and business goals.
  • Provide tailored solutions by recommending lead packages that align with their target audience and budget.
  • Stay up to date with changes in the insurance industry to effectively communicate.
  • Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with insurance agents and agencies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and guidance on lead acquisition strategies.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Highlight the value of purchasing leads from your company and how it can enhance their sales efforts.
  • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas.
  • Continuously track and report on sales progress to sales manager.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and lead performance.
  • Generate regular reports on sales metrics and client feedback.


Qualifications and Skills

· Proven track record in B2B sales, especially in selling leads or related services.

· Strong understanding of health insurance products and industry regulations.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients.

· Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

· Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.

· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

· Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing health insurance sales.

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

· Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.
