Position: MEP HVAC Account Executive
Overview: An exceptional opportunity awaits a skilled MEP HVAC Account Executive with a background in design and a passion for sales. Compensation: Competitive base salary up to $85K, with additional commissions and incentives potentially exceeding $150K.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business and maintain client relationships within the Mechanical Contractors and Engineers sector, focusing on MEP and HVAC projects.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Superintendents on MEP initiatives.
  • Define project parameters and develop designs that align with client specifications, utilizing software for proposals and bids.
  • Provide accurate estimates for HVAC system projects.
  • Follow up on leads and referrals from existing clients while seeking new business opportunities.
  • Possess a solid understanding of MEP/HVAC equipment, including Boilers and Chillers.
  • Oversee project execution from shipment to completion, ensuring all equipment is managed effectively.
  • Communicate energy and cost-saving strategies for HVAC and lighting systems to clients.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Identify and target opportunities based on customer insights.
  • Manage budgeting quotes and service agreements to support sales objectives.
  • Determine pricing solutions and selling strategies while ensuring compliance with vendor and company standards.
  • Work closely with both MSRs and PSRs, acting as an internal advocate for client services.
  • Provide comprehensive business activity reports and annual forecasts.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP/HVAC sales, with a proven track record in the commercial HVAC sector.
  • Established book of business with HVAC/MEP clients.
  • Strong knowledge of Chillers, Boilers, RTUs, Air Handlers, BAS, and Controls, along with a relevant Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in B2B sales with a focus on significant accounts.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and adapting in a fast-paced energy service environment.
  • Professional demeanor with a respectful approach to clients and colleagues.
  • Strong commitment to follow-through and effective time management.
  • Ability to develop tools for ongoing efficiency and productivity.
