- Event Planning: Collaborate with the operations team to plan and execute events, including catering, parties, and special occasions.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food products meet our quality standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- 5+ years of kitchen management experience, preferably in a high-volume retail or entertainment environment.
- Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in menu development, team leadership, and inventory management.
- Current ServSafe certification and ability to obtain ServSafe instructor certification.
