- Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently achieve—and surpass—sales targets and performance goals, driving both your success and ours.
Requirements:
- A commitment to outstanding guest service and hospitality.
- Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce (preferred).
- A keen eye for detail and a knack for organization.
- The ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Strong negotiation skills and the confidence to close deals.
- A collaborative spirit that builds rapport with clients and team members alike.
- A solid background with at least 5 years of experience in Catering Sales Management, Corporate Sales Management, Event Planning, or related fields.

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: $75,000-$80,000
- Quarterly bonus: $2,400

Important Details:
- This position requires regular availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, including shifts over 8 hours and workweeks exceeding 40 hours.
