Job Summary

Job duties include overseeing a portfolio of clients and consistently providing a high level of customer service to clients and contingent workers. Ensure we are fully responsive to client requirements, including timely and high-quality resume submissions. Follow up on submissions, interviews, and offers. Prepare candidates for interviews and coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure a timely start. Generate various reports to measure productivity and collaborate with both the client and internal recruiting teams accordingly

Duties & Essential Job Functions:

  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring consistent communication and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Ensure that client requirements are fully understood and met, including timely and high-quality resume submissions.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to match qualified candidates to client job openings.
  • Follow up on candidate submissions, ensuring they are progressing through the interview process.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews, providing necessary guidance and information to improve their chances of success.
  • Work closely with the onboarding team to coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and timely start.
  • Address any issues that arise during the onboarding process and provide support to both clients and candidates.
  • Generate and analyze various reports to measure productivity, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.



Qualifications:

Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills.

Strong commitment to customer service

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ethical and professional conduct in all candidates, clients, and peer interactions.

Proficiencies in: Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail, Outlook, Web Browsers


Education/Experience:

High School Diploma required, with some college work. Prefer Associates (A.A.) or bachelor’s degree (B.A.); three (3) years of industry-related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


One to Three (1 - 3) years of proven experience in customer service as well as human resources related activities such as recruiting/staffing and customer relationship management.

The ideal candidate will have previous Staffing Industry experience.
