TBG is partnered with a Beverage company seeking a Temp to Perm HR Risk Coordinator to join their team in the Bronx, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Process and investigate Workers Compensation, FMLA and Disability claims
- Determine eligibility for benefits based on legal regulations and company policies
- Assist in determining eligibility for returning to work upon the end of the claim
- Ensure that managers comply with all leave policies and procedures from a legal and company policy standpoint
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in HR
- Working knowledge of FMLA, NYPFL, Disability, Worker's Comp
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
Hourly Pay: $25-30/hr.
