Job Description
Japanese large global trading company HR department New York City midtown location seeks HR one year Temp staff. To support administration jobs for both Global Mobility Team and HR Technology & Analysis team. ( HR T&A ) This position is required to report both HR T&A Senior Manager and Global Mobility Senior Manager. The Human Resource Technology & Analytics temp position will focus on data entry for new hires, terms, data changes, any documentation and testing etc. This is a temporary position with a maximum duration of 1 year.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Global Mobility Team / 50%
Vendor Payment
1. Record vendor invoices in AssignmentPro
2. Process vendor payment in PEGA
3. Process Concur request for credit card payment (HR Corporate Card)
Expense Review
1. Access AssignmentPro and review employee expense reimbursement requests
2. Check receipts that employee submitted along with requested amount (Approval will be processed by Mobility Manager or Senior Manager)
Record Keeping etc.
1. Various AssignmentPro Data Entry for Global Assignees
2. I9 E-verification process
3. Provide ad-hoc administrative supports to Global Mobility Team
HR Technology and Analysis Team / 50%
1. Data entry for new hires, terms, data changes, any documentation and testing in Success Factors
2. Data entry and auditing for all the discrepancies of all new hires, transfers, salary changes, promotions, demotions, status changes, and terminations etc into SF working along with the other team member.
3. Prepare user guides or any documentation required during accomplishing the data entry activities.
4. Work closely with the existing HRT&A team on helping with any kind of testing needed during a project implementation phase for Position Management, performance cycle, recruitment module etc.
5. Provide ad-hoc administrative supports to HR T&A Team
Job Specific Knowledge / Skills & Abilities
1. Japanese and English bilingual skills required
2. Knowledge about SAP system ( PEGA / Concur ), Success Factors Employee Central
3. Exposure and understanding of HR operations.
4. Preferred experience working in global companies.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Access
6. A quick learner.
7. Team player with a strong commitment to accomplishing tasks and goals.
8. Ambitious, driven, self-motivated, flexible, respectful, and able to meet tight deadlines.
9. Organized and autonomous, being able to multitask.
10. Pay attention to details.
11. Customer-oriented and flexible.
12. Must be discrete and maintain the highest confidentiality, professionalism and ethical standards in handling variety of HR information.
Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree required
2. 2+ years of experience in a human resources department or performing similar responsibilities required
3. 1+ years of Success Factors experience is highly preferred.
4. 1+ years of PEGA, Concur experience is highly preferred.
Physical Requirements:
1. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
2. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
3. Hybrid work style: Minimum 2 days in the office and 3 days remote work
