Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist utility customers and program participants by phone and email with implementation of approved efficiency program requirements.
  • Monitor client web presence for assigned programs and provide updated content to marketing personnel.
  • Contribute to program fact sheets, marketing materials, and other program support collaterals.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans for internal reporting tools and software tools. Tasks include assisting in documentation development, developing and reviewing workflows, recommending project milestones and timelines, tracking progress of deliverable development, and conducting quality assurance/control testing of tools.


Requirements

Required Technical Skills & Experience (required)

  • Knowledge of and experience related to energy efficiency program implementation.
  • Strong data analysis and writing skills, sufficient to analyze data and create reports or technical documents.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Intermediate to advanced SharePoint skills sufficient to create content, publish to client website, delete vs. archive identification, site management, create lists, libraries, links, etc.


Preferred Skills & Experience (optional)

  • Experience in energy-efficiency or related environmental field.
  • Knowledge of lighting and HVAC industries, products, and utility programs.
  • Knowledge of data tracking tools such as databases.
  • Project management experience.
