Associate - Building Enclosure Consultant

White Plains, NY | Hybrid (2 days in office)


Key Responsibilities:


  • Evaluate both new and existing buildings
  • Assess building envelopes (exterior structures) in design, construction, and post-occupancy
  • Review and analyze building drawings and specifications for practical solutions
  • Conduct forensic reviews and diagnostics of building enclosures, including overseeing tests
  • Work with clients, team members, and consultants to understand and manage projects
  • Prepare clear, detailed reports for clients


Qualifications:


  • 5+ years focused on building enclosures
  • Revit power user
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or related field; professional credentials required (PE, SE, RA)


Physical Requirements:


  • Ability to navigate rough terrain and confined spaces
  • Ability to perform tasks on ladders and scaffolding
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to travel: Field work required 25-50% of the time, including local and out-of-state projects
