Corporate Account Manager

Are you ready to make a real impact? Our client, a leader in personalized healthcare, is seeking a Corporate Accounts Manager to join their dynamic team
Based in Boca Raton, FL, you’ll be managing corporate accounts across the U.S., building relationships, driving growth, and helping businesses connect their employees to world-class healthcare.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage & Grow Corporate Accounts: Serve as the main point of contact for corporate clients, building strong relationships and ensuring account retention and satisfaction. Working with Executive levels and CEO levels.
- Client Engagement: Communicate regularly with corporate liaisons and eligible participants, anticipating their needs and providing solutions to exceed expectations.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve any issues or challenges that arise, collaborating with internal teams to ensure the best outcomes.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute roll-out and renewal plans to drive high participation rates and maintain strong engagement with clients.
- Sales & Targets: Set and track account targets aligned with company goals while analyzing trends and identifying growth opportunities.
- Present & Promote: Lead seminars, presentations, and meetings with corporate clients and potential participants to showcase the value of our services.
- Reporting & Insights: Generate and share reports on account activity, participation, and budget forecasts, using data to refine and enhance client engagement strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with at least 5 years of business experience in account management or a similar corporate role focused on account coordination/management with demonstrated customer service experience.
- Customer Service Pro: You’ve got top-notch interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have sharp organizational skills, and can manage multiple priorities with ease.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, setting your own priorities and driving success.
- Financial Savvy: Experience with business systems, budgeting, and financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.
