Corporate Lawyer

Shoes For Crews North America, LLC is a dynamic company that specializes in designing, manufacturing, and marketing top-rated slip-resistant footwear for various workplaces. We're looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our team.

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to provide day-to-day legal assistance and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent results. This role will involve preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, licenses, and other legal documents. The ideal candidate will have experience in employment law, contracts, intellectual property, corporate governance, and marketing.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, licenses, and other legal documents
• Provide legal advice to management on pending issues and draft necessary documents
• Review proposed and existing legislation affecting the company and provide advice accordingly
• Conduct research on applicable laws and regulations
• Anticipate and mitigate legal risks involving the organization
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies, practices, and training for compliance
• Organize and maintain contracts database
• Manage corporate ethics and compliance program, including distribution and maintenance of annual certifications
• Partner with external counsel and manage relationships
• Assist with corporate entity maintenance, including filing reports and creating minute books

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
