Corporate Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Operations Manager to join our team at Black Dragon Capital LLC in Southern Florida. This is a unique opportunity to work with a growth-oriented private equity firm that focuses on investing in areas where technology is disrupting industries.
Job DescriptionThe Corporate Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating administrative support tasks, such as travel arrangements, calendar management, and meeting requests. You will also be responsible for the facility management of our office, handling projects related to our Founder's personal foundation, and coordinating personal tasks to make our CEO as efficient as possible.
Responsibilities- Anticipate the needs and preferences of our CEO and coordinate administrative support tasks.
- Prepare and process correspondence and documents that require discretion and protection.
- Assist in preparing Microsoft Office 365 deliverables, including processing changes and formatting documents.
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the team.
- Provide sophisticated calendar management, prioritizing inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts.
- Serve as the administrative liaison to others in the Company and with clients.
- Make travel arrangements, ensuring our CEO has a complete and updated itinerary prior to travel.
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure that office processes run smoothly.
- Maintain day-to-day operations of facilities, including delegating or completing maintenance orders.
- Collaborate with accounting and the CEO on budgeting for facilities needs.
- Help establish and maintain office procedures.
- Support company operations by maintaining office systems.
- Handle office-related inquiries and provide general support to visitors.
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services.
- Must work US hours and be available 24/7.
- Must be willing to travel, both in the US and internationally, for conferences, business events, and other industry events.
- Significant executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives, with a minimum of 10 years' experience working with a C-level executive.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Facilities and/or Large Office Manager or Administrator.
- At least 5 years of Executive Assistant, Financial Analyst Admin Assistant, or Virtual Assistant experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance, preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize accordingly to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Highly tech-savvy and exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience communicating with senior executives and partners.
Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
