Now, we’re looking for a superstar Customer Support & Warehouse Specialist to join our dynamic US team in Charleston.
What You’ll Do:
As a vital member of our team, you’ll report to our US Operations Manager and take on a dual role, providing top-notch customer service while also keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional support via phone, email, chat, and tickets, ensuring our diverse global clients get the solutions they need, when they need them.
- Taking ownership of client issues, driving them to resolution within set timeframes.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our online support system and client service processes.
- Using HubSpot to log interactions, manage escalations, and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Collaborating with internal teams to share insights and enhance our products.
- Managing inventory, spare parts, and stock items with precision and care.
- Performing hardware repairs and coordinating with distributors to ensure smooth operations.
- Assisting with scanner setups and packing processes when needed.
