Insight Global is hiring for a Solution Engineer, who plays a crucial role in managing a wide range of technologies. This includes expertise in the entire Microsoft stack from an endpoint perspective, as well as proficiency in Active Directory, Citrix, Imprivata, Intune, SCCM, and more. We are specifically looking for experienced technologists who can handle day-to-day tasks and contribute to integration efforts related to Mergers and Acquisitions.


Must Haves:

  • Associates Degree
  • 1 Certification - Cisco, Microsoft, VMWare, Citrix, Storage or Cloud
  • 3+ years exp in Engineering within a Windows environment

Day to Day

  • Responsible for evaluating, designing and developing technical solutions within the technology functions of the company in accordance with the policies and practices at Orlando Health. Also, this position will be responsible for hands-on analysis and design of various current and new initiatives while maintaining current Orlando Health Systems.
  • Self-directed works with limited management direction and exercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Analyzing the systems and requirements to provide best technical solutions.
  • Technical leadership and advise on designs for applications in scope.
  • Leading design reviews, planning, developing and resolving technical issues.
  • Proven experience design, and development of a roadmap and implementation plan based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive solution architecture viewpoint.
  • Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
  • Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.
