Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive and engaging Sales and Applications Engineer to enhance our sales efforts in the membrane treatment market. This role is pivotal in establishing and nurturing customer relationships, gathering market intelligence, and driving growth through a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
- Understand and address customer needs by providing tailored technical solutions.
- Engage with potential clients and industry partners to build strong relationships and facilitate business development.
- Develop strategic plans for customer engagement, including sales goals and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with consulting engineers, contractors, and plant operators to promote our products and services.
- Conduct technical workshops, seminars, and webinars to showcase our expertise and solutions.

Qualifications
- A degree in Engineering or Chemistry is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or operations within the membrane water treatment sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with water treatment processes and membrane technologies is advantageous.
