As a Talent Acquisition and Sales Manager, you will work as part of a team to source accounting and auditing professionals with consulting and industry experience for full-time & interim accounting and finance support and work directly with the clients and SOAProjects Partners on open job orders.


Job Summary:

We seek a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition and Sales Manager to join our Alchemy Search Partners team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, selecting, and deciding on hiring or placements. Additionally, this role involves maintaining strong client relationships, pursuing new business opportunities, and driving sales efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing: utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking events) to identify and attract potential candidates; develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Screening: review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates; conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Selecting: coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers; evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit; provide recommendations for hiring decisions.
  • Hiring/Placements: extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment; ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires; monitor and support new hires during their initial employment or the duration of the client placement.
  • Client Relationship Management: build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs; provide regular updates and feedback to clients on the status of their job openings; address any concerns or issues that arise during the hiring process.
  • Sales: develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets; identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients; prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Lead Generation: identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base; develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into clients; attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's services.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Previous experience in a Big 4 firm or other accounting professional services is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
