Senior Talent Sourcer/Recruiter
Lightmatter is leading the revolution in networking for AI and enabling the next giant leaps in human progress. The company invented the world's first 3D-stacked photonics engine, PassageTM, capable of connecting thousands to millions of processors at the speed of light in extreme-scale data centers for the most advanced AI and HPC workloads.
We are hiring a Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. Talent Sourcer's responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates, and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. If you have solid networking skills, know how to source on social media enjoy learning about different roles, and love technology, we'd like to meet you.
In this job, you will proactively identify our hiring needs and help us build a pipeline to fill our highly technical open jobs with qualified talents while maintaining excellent relations with the recruiting team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the preliminary phase of the Talent Acquisition process researching to find and identify potential passive candidates
- Utilize various and creative sourcing methods, including online platforms, databases, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates
- Proactively source candidates for active and future job openings. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Reach out to potential candidates via email, phone, and social media for initial screenings to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, availability, and expectations.
- Upload profiles of qualified candidates in our ATS and communicate with the recruiters
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure alignment with job requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) documenting candidate interactions and communications
- Follow Talent Acquisition SLAs
- Offer insights and recommendations for improving the sourcing strategies of the Talent Acquisition team members
- Function as a full cycle recruiter if needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
- 4+ years of experience in Recruiting or sourcing in the semiconductor industry
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically greenhouse
- Experience with new generative AI tools for recruiters
- Effective time-management abilities
- Experience using innovative sourcing strategies with a high level of proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek out and similar sourcing platform
- Stay informed about industry trends, talent pools, and competitor hiring practices
- Must positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work with ambiguity, fast change, and hyper-growth environment
- Ability to prioritize and go quickly to the analysis that gives maximum value in the shortest time frame
- Experience working in a startup environment is a plus

We offer competitive compensation. The base salary range for this role, inclusive of all US locations, is $160, $200, Your base salary will be determined based on location, experience, educational background, and market data.
