Job Description:

They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Internal Recruiter to join a growing team. As an Internal Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to help us achieve our mission. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the interview process and negotiating offers.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Source and screen candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending offers
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for attracting and selecting candidates
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment



Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Internal Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably within the tech industry
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree from a top school
