Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering Management, or related fields
  • Expertise in ATS systems and their functionalities
  • 2-4 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment, focusing on software implementation and project management
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions in dynamic startup environments
  • Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in the Talent Acquisition Industry, with knowledge of database management and integrations being advantageous
  • Ability to translate product tasks into actionable insights
