Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering Management, or related fields
- Expertise in ATS systems and their functionalities
- 2-4 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment, focusing on software implementation and project management
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions in dynamic startup environments
- Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in the Talent Acquisition Industry, with knowledge of database management and integrations being advantageous
