Ledgent Technology is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Business Intelligence (BI) on behalf of our client, a leading healthcare organization in Broward County, Florida. Our client is committed to delivering exceptional care and innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes. They are looking for a visionary leader to drive their BI initiatives and enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Position Overview:

The Vice President of Business Intelligence will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's BI strategy. This senior leadership role requires collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization to leverage data and analytics for strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and improved patient care. The VP of BI will lead a team of BI professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the company's BI strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives and healthcare industry trends.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BI analysts, data engineers, and data scientists to ensure the successful execution of BI projects.

Establish and enforce data governance policies and best practices to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.

Work closely with executive leadership, clinical teams, IT, and other departments to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.

Evaluate and implement advanced BI tools and technologies that enhance data visualization, reporting, and predictive analytics capabilities.

Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of BI initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization, providing leadership in the interpretation and application of BI insights.

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of BI projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of healthcare data, regulations, and industry-specific BI applications.

Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView), data warehousing, ETL processes, and SQL. Knowledge of machine learning and AI in healthcare is a plus.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive organizational change through data insights

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
