Role Overview:

The Vice President of Multifamily Sales is accountable for overseeing bulk sales to existing multifamily dwellings within the sector. This role entails managing sales strategies, product offerings, and pricing structures while collaborating with marketing to create a unique strategy and generate a robust customer pipeline. This position demands a dynamic leader with a hands-on approach to refine the go-to-market strategy for this emerging segment of Blue Stream's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop influential relationships within the sector by engaging with key executives, decision-makers, and stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Establish a robust pipeline of opportunities by demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of property owners and asset managers to align product offerings with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to ensure that features, benefits, and product packaging meet the needs of this vertical.
  • Partner with marketing to position Blue Stream Fiber as the premier fiber-optic provider for all multifamily properties in the region.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft software, including PowerPoint, Internet, email, and relevant construction and design software.
  • Ability to understand decision-makers' pain points and priorities, as well as the competitive landscape to proactively identify opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external consultants, property owners, and property managers.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit with a history of developing ideas and executing them successfully.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in enterprise-level, complex sales.
  • At least three years of experience in selling broadband solutions to the HOA or multifamily sectors or three years in multifamily property management.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas while leading and managing teams.
  • Ideally, familiarity with the bulk and ROE services market in Florida.
  • Extensive knowledge of CRM systems and their effective utilization at both the representative and leadership levels.
  • Experience working with a defined sales process and methodology.
  • Excellent skills in time management, negotiation, goal setting, prospecting, and interpersonal communication.

  • Regular site visits to construction locations across varied terrains.
  • Frequent communication with team members, requiring effective speaking and listening skills.
  • Physical demands include sitting, standing, bending, and walking.
  • Proficient use of hands for typing, handling objects, and managing paperwork.
  • Ability to focus on close vision tasks.
