Our founding team consists of a globally-minded group of individuals with diverse backgrounds spanning technology, sales, marketing, investing, and more. We're looking for highly driven individuals who have developed exceptional skillsets in their fields and want to shape the direction Xenia.


Xenia is the operations OS built for the massive $2.7BN frontline worker market, with a core focus around multi-unit operators in the restaurant, retail, convenience and manufacturing markets.


Xenia is backed by a Boston-based VC.


We're mostly inbound & PLG driven, but there are clear opportunities to increase pipeline via more channels.

Your responsibility will be holistically leading marketing for across SEO, Paid Marketing and Product marketing motions. This includes managing our PLG motion cross functionally with our product team / founders.


You will also own end-to-end conducting growth experiments to further bolster demand / top of funnel.


Sample experiments could include:

  • Interactive Product Demo's
  • Product Led SEO
  • AI Enabled PLG Onboarding
  • At Scale Review Generation (Capterra, G2)
  • Email Campaigns & Review Generation
  • Write blog posts
  • Be loud on LinkedIn
  • Co-market with other companies
  • Paid ads


Requirements

  • Excited about working in person
  • You are an "engine builder". You like creating processes and measuring outputs
  • You have extensive SEO experience and understand organic demand and it's effect on PLG motions
  • You've used tools to setup growth workflows before (Clay, Hubspot, AI Copy Writers, etc)
  • You've setup email sequences and have measured their performance
  • You have worked in a growth role for at least 2 years at a B2B SaaS startup
  • You've worked directly with AEs or sales leaders


**What You Bring:**


- Must have proven experience in SEO and product marketing, with a focus on scaling organic traffic.

- Expertise in B2B SaaS and familiarity with CMS solutions

- Must have experience with product-led growth / inbound marketing fundamentals

- Nice to have: Google PPC, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Paid

- A track record of achieving significant traffic and conversion growth.
