We are seeking an Administrative Project Coordinator to complete a 4 month administrative project supporting one of our clients in CO Springs, CO. This is an in-office role and 40 hours per week.


Title: Administrative Coordinator (Contract)

Location: CO Springs, CO 80919

Pay: $18-22 per hour

Contract Period: Now - December 23rd

Hours: Monday – Thursday 7:30AM – 5PM, Friday 7:30AM – 11:30AM


Right now, we are hiring multiple temporary roles in CO Springs with pay rates of $18-22 per hour. These positions are contracted through the rest of the year.


Teams available:

  • Monitoring Person-Centered Plans
  • Continued Stay Reviews (CSRs)
  • Prior Authorization Requests (PARs)
  • Intake


Monitoring the Person-Centered Plan:

  • Ensure implementation aligns with individual requirements and make necessary updates.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to track progress and adjust plans as needed.
  • Adjust plans based on changes in individual needs or available services.


Continued Stay Review (CSR):

  • Assess if current services meet the individual's needs and verify continued eligibility.
  • Collect and document required information for annual reviews.
  • Evaluate factors such as functional status, health conditions, and service utilization.


Prior Authorization Request (PAR):

  • Review and ensure documentation compliance with regulations.
  • Handle revisions, enrollments, and reviews efficiently, and request additional information when needed.
  • Track and manage the progress of each authorization request.


Intake:

  • Complete and document initial assessments and applications for services.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements throughout the application process.
