  • Act as a liaison between the Deputy Superintendent and various stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
  • Handle incoming calls and greet visitors, providing necessary information and directing inquiries.
  • Prepare and manage travel arrangements for the Deputy Superintendent / Chief Financial Officer.
  • Organize and publish meeting schedules and agendas.
  • Draft and send official correspondence on behalf of the Deputy Superintendent.
  • Maintain accurate email distribution lists and office files.
  • Order supplies and manage inventory as needed.
  • Perform duties as a certified Notary Public.
  • Document notes from leadership meetings and distribute them to attendees.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide guidance to staff and the public.
  • Supervise clerical support staff within the office.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with professional office experience. Experience in a similar role within an educational setting is preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
