As an Administrative Assistant at MasTec Communications Group, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's operations and ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include performing a variety of specialized administrative and office support functions, interacting with company personnel and the public, and maintaining a high level of quality in your work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, including basic bookkeeping work
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules and book travel arrangements as needed
- Prepare and file reports, memos, letters, and other documents
- Perform photocopying and other production services
- Assist in coordinating special events and projects
- Attend meetings to record minutes
Requirements:
- You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
- You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
- You can work independently on multiple projects at once
- You are highly organized
- You are proficient with Microsoft office products
