Compensation: Starting at $20 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer calls requiring service or sales, understanding their needs, and scheduling appropriate services.
- Accurately input detailed information into service tickets to assist dispatchers in assigning qualified technicians.
- Exhibit professionalism in representing the company, ensuring excellent internal and external customer service.
- Perform data entry tasks across various functions.
