Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Enterprise Business Development Representative (EBDR) to lead our efforts in capturing and managing high-value enterprise clients. This role is a crucial step toward a future Account Executive or Account Manager position, requiring a seasoned professional capable of driving significant growth in complex sales environments.



Responsibilities:

Strategic Pipeline Development: Develop and execute a high-value pipeline strategy focusing on enterprise accounts with complex sales needs.

Targeted Account Research: Conduct in-depth research on target enterprise accounts to identify key decision-makers and influential stakeholders.

Executive-Level Engagement: Deliver compelling value propositions to C-level executives, aligning TTT’s offerings with their strategic objectives.

Consultative Sales Approach: Utilize a consultative sales methodology, demonstrating deep understanding of client needs and providing tailored solutions.

Lead Complex Sales Cycles: Manage and lead comprehensive sales cycles for large-scale enterprise deals, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and strategic alignment.

Achieve and Surpass Metrics: Consistently exceed sales targets and metrics, demonstrating exceptional efficiency and effectiveness in all sales activities.

Feedback and Optimization: Provide detailed closed-loop feedback to refine and optimize the sales process, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.



Required Skills & Qualifications (must-haves):

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or similar is required.

• 3+ years of SaaS sales or tech sales experience within the Information Technology realm with a proven track record of success in a client-facing capacity.

• Demonstrated success in managing and closing complex sales cycles with documented achievements exceeding or meeting quota.

• Deep understanding of enterprise sales dynamics and the ability to engage with high-level executives.

• Extensive experience with CRM platforms and outbound sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach) is a must.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

• A self-starter with a strategic mindset, unrelenting drive, and a proven ability to achieve and surpass goals.



Preferred Skills & Qualifications (nice-to-haves):

• Experience in a Microsoft environment (e.g., MS Solutions Partner, MSP/CSP) and knowledge of Microsoft products and services.

• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, AZ-900) are highly desirable.

• Completion of recognized enterprise sales training programs.

• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.



Working Environment/Compensation:

Onsite role: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 6:00 am to 3:00 pm OR 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

Base Salary: $60K - $63K (*DOE)

OTE: $90K - $110K+ (uncapped commission structure)
