Position Overview: This is not your average sales job. We’re looking for an ambitious sales producer ready to make an impact on day 1—someone who eats targets for breakfast and isn’t afraid to chase down leads and close deals. As a Sales Representative specializing in general merchandise, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, hunting for new business while expanding relationships with existing customers. Your ability to create personalized solutions and build long-term partnerships will fuel your success here.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Go after your goals with everything you’ve got. You’ll be tasked with hitting—and exceeding—sales targets through relentless drive and creativity.
- Build & Expand Accounts: Develop and manage a portfolio of clients by getting to know their unique needs and offering solutions that keep them coming back.
- Cold-Calling Mastery: Love the hunt? Cold-calling and converting prospects into loyal customers is key to winning in this role.
- Lead Generation: Be the lead generation machine—find new opportunities, close them, and make your mark.
- Manage CRM: Keep track of your leads, clients, and follow-ups in our CRM to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Collaborate with Team: Work hand-in-hand with your Sales Manager and fellow team members to dominate the market.
- Assist with Account Management: Ensure smooth service, resolve any client issues, and support the invoicing process to keep everything running seamlessly.
- Analyze & Optimize: Use your intermediate Excel skills to analyze data, spot trends, and sharpen your sales strategies for ultimate impact.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: You bring at least 3 years of proven sales success and 1+ year in business development—you know how to build business and crush your targets.
- Communication: You can talk, write, and sell with ease. You're persuasive, clear, and always on point.
- Work Ethic: You’re gritty, hungry, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. No challenge is too big for you.
- Technical Skills: You’re comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Results-Driven: If there’s a target, you’re aiming higher. You have a proven track record of making things happen.
- Organized Hustler: You can juggle tasks like a pro and know how to prioritize to stay ahead.
- Data Savvy: Intermediate Excel skills for sales reporting and analysis—because data drives smart decisions.
