Customer Service Representative Specialist

Volt Workforce Solution is immediately hiring for a Customer Service Representative in Huntersville, NC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for upholding outstanding customer relationship standards through call quality and problem-solving.
Responsibilities:- Proactively communicate with customers to resolve post-order issues such as returns, replacements, refunds, delivery status, back-order inquiries, and other concerns.
- Responsible for customer account order management, report preparation, and sales/supply chain support functions for assigned accounts.
- Work closely with internal teams to identify trends or inefficiencies requiring process changes to drive exceptional customer experiences.
- Provide timely and effective resolution to customer concerns, including proper escalation channels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of education/work experience.
- Knowledge of computers like SAP SD and EDI and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Experience in customer service and Consumer Products Industry - Preferred.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of customer service principles and industry best practices is essential.
