Location: Atlanta, Georgia


Salary: $85K DOE + Benefits


Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for the commercial roofing industry? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to join a top-tier commercial roofing company in Atlanta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale commercial roofing projects from inception to completion. As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial roofing projects.

· Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

· Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

· Supervise and mentor project teams, including subcontractors and onsite personnel.

· Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with project goals.

· Monitor all aspects of construction to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.

· Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.


Qualifications

· Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the commercial roofing industry.

· Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial roofing projects.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Proficient in project management software and tools.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
