Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in our Alpharetta or Roswell, Ga offices for an Assistant Office Manager. The Assistant Office Manager will be responsible for helping to manage our customers including a variety of tasks, such as answering phone calls, making outbound phone calls, assisting with customer service, and providing office administration support.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in providing administrative assistance, overseeing office equipment, and office administration support
  • Strong customer service skills and experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn proprietary software
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree is a plus
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus, however we no experience is required
