Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Church Engagement Coordinator at Safe Families for Children-Treasure Coast. The Church Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as coordinating and building relationships with churches, recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers, and organizing events and activities to engage the community. This role is based in Stuart, FL, with flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide training and support to volunteers
  • Strong organizational skills; able to track multiple leads and follow up appropriately
  • Passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families
  • Comfortable building relationships and supportinng local churches
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Sales training a plus
