We are currently seeking a Resiliency and Sustainability Professional. This role involves planning, organizing, and coordinating the deliverables related to vulnerability assessments and action plans for critical infrastructure.

This position requires collaboration with a team to produce feasibility assessments and assist in the development of remedial action planning documents. Additionally, you will provide guidance on grant applications and reporting requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing project management tasks, ensuring quality control of deliverables, and facilitating communication among clients, project managers, and team members.
  • Evaluating project alternatives for critical infrastructure.
  • Assisting clients in seeking and implementing state-funded projects.
  • Leading technical solutions for alternative infrastructure.
  • Engaging stakeholders through outreach and educational events.
  • Creating reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinating GIS-based asset management tools.
  • Supporting clients in the implementation of resiliency and adaptation plans.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's Degree in Natural Resources, Economics, Resiliency/Sustainability, Planning, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with aquatic environments, including lagoon work.
  • Proven ability in community outreach and stakeholder engagement related to aquatic resources and infrastructure.
  • Professional background in water resource management, resiliency planning, or related services.
  • Experience in asset management of critical public infrastructure.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks independently while following through on project directives.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
