Account Executive - Media Company

Base Salary: $60-70K + Uncapped Commission ($125k potential in first year)

Location: Hybrid (within the specified territory) 62243 and surrounding area

(LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY- Must reside in or around the Belleville Illinois area)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting for New Business: Utilize our proven sales process to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Client Impact Assessments: Conduct in-depth assessments and leverage pre-call research to understand client needs.
  • Results-Based Solutions: Develop, present, and close proposals tailored to client objectives.
  • Client Success: Collaborate with our client success team to ensure goals and expectations are met.
  • Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell existing customers based on their evolving needs.
  • CRM Utilization: Use CRM tools like HubSpot for predictive and collaborative account management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Digital Sales Experience: Experience with SEO/SEM, OTT, Digital Audio, Targeted Email, Social, and other digital offerings preferred.
  • CRM Proficiency: Daily use of CRM tools such as Hubspot.
  • Clean Driving Record: Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance as required by state law.
  • Reliable Transportation: Necessary for meeting clients and attending events within the territory.
  • Candidates from the radio industry encouraged to apply
