Job Summary

The Executive Director will oversee all aspects of the Avflight FBO, including customer relations, line operations, accounting, health, safety, and environmental functions. This position will also be responsible for planning and coordinating activities for the sale and provision of general aviation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Line Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the FBO, including fueling, hangar, and office rental services.
  • Accounting and Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the FBO, including budgeting, forecasting, and audit results.
  • Health, Safety, and Environmental Functions: Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, and implement procedures for emergency situations.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and development, and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: 4-year college degree in Aviation or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, with a strong background in business management and accounting.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
