Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee all culinary and food production functions for a 217-bed hospital with a 98-bed rehab center, plus full service cafeteria, coffee shop, and catering services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cost controls and control expenditures for the account
  • Plan and create all menus
  • Purchase and manage inventory
  • Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Three to five years of culinary management experience
  • High volume production and catering experience is essential, preferably in healthcare, senior living, K12, or higher education
  • Previous experience managing cost controls
  • Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company
