They are seeking a talented Corporate Development Associate to join their dynamic team in Miami, FL, to drive strategic initiatives and support our M&A activities.


**Position Overview:**

The Corporate Strategy Associate will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth strategy. This position is ideal for an analytical and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in investment banking and M&A within the industrial sector. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic acquisition opportunities, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term goals.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct thorough market research and industry analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and growth opportunities within the industrial manufacturing sector.

- Assist in the execution of M&A transactions from start to finish, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence, and negotiation support.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the strategic fit of potential acquisitions, including operational, financial, and cultural considerations.

- Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for senior management and the board of directors, summarizing findings and recommendations.

- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decision-making.

- Support the integration of acquired businesses, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and operational objectives.

- Build and maintain relationships with investment banks, financial advisors, and other stakeholders in the M&A community.


**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a consultant focusing on industrials/automotive

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Knowledge of the industrial manufacturing landscape and familiarity with private equity processes is a plus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and financial modeling software.
