POSITION: Corporate Associate Attorney - Am Law 200 Firm

CLIENT PROFILE

Our client, a distinguished Am Law 200 firm with a robust team of over 200 legal professionals, is in search of a skilled Corporate Associate to enhance their thriving practice in Atlanta.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The ideal candidate will undertake document preparation, transaction assistance, and support across various general corporate, mergers & acquisitions, and private equity matters. The primary focus will be on M&A activities, collaborating closely with the entire legal team, including senior partners.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in general corporate law, M&A, and/or private equity transactions
  • Preferred experience with middle-market transactions in a large law firm environment
  • Strong academic background
  • Proficiency in working effectively in a hybrid work environment
