Our client, a distinguished Am Law 200 firm with a robust team of over 200 legal professionals, is seeking a skilled Corporate Associate to enhance their thriving practice in Atlanta.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The ideal candidate will take on responsibilities including document preparation, transaction assistance, and support across various areas of corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, and private equity transactions. The focus will primarily be on M&A activities, collaborating closely with the entire team, including senior partners.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in corporate law, M&A, and/or private equity transactions
  • Experience with middle-market deals in a large firm environment is preferred
