Role Description
We have been retained for the search of a full-time Vice President Operations role, located in New York, NY, with some flexibility for remote work. The Vice President Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing P&L, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading strategic planning and management initiatives.
Qualifications
- Operations Management, P&L management, oversee the design of operational systems across the fintech platform.
- Strong strategic planning and analytical abilities, AI and business intelligence implementation.
- Proven experience in customer service excellence, customer experience and engagement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills, financial oversight and compliance.
- Effective communication and leadership team collaboration skills.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior operations role within the fintech or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of fintech industry regulations, trends, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies that drive business success.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field.
The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing operations within the fintech industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives that support the company's growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
- Lead and manage the operations team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve high performance.

- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Manage the budget and allocate resources efficiently to meet operational goals.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulators.
