New Business Development Manager

Brookfield, United States Affordable Office Interiors Full time

The ideal candidate will lead our new business development and penetration strategies in the Metro Milwaukee area. Candidate should be highly skilled at building and maintaining relationships with prospects, clients as well as 3rd party stakeholders and influencers in order to provide exceptional solutions and service to clients. Prior experience in Commercial Furniture is preferred but will train the right candidate.

 

Responsibilities


  • Cultivate positive relationship with both prospects and clients
  • Provide custom tailored workspace solutions. Assist in product strategy and selections based on client feedback
  • Collaborate with both internal and external teams, vendors and stakeholders
  • Be the main point of contact to ensure a positive client experience well beyond the sale


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Understanding and ability to navigate complex sales life cycle
  • Experience in Commercial Office Furniture a plus
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
