Do you have experience managing and leading projects related to supporting the Salesforce and sales and marketing applications for your organization? Have technical experience with Salesforce and Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications?
We are seeking a Salesforce Application Manager to lead a small team as well as work with outside vendors in supporting our implementation of Salesforce as well as other sales and marketing applications and systems such as our EDI interfaces with customers and business partners. In this role, you will work with sales business users to understand their requirements and then manage the delivery of those solutions. These projects are typically a month to several months in duration and do require interaction and collaboration with our sales team. In addition to your team members, you will also work with third party vendors that provide systems and services that support our sales applications and systems. We are looking for someone with excellent business analysis and project management experience as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills so you can effectively collaborate with our sales and marketing leadership to deliver systems and solutions that enable sales and marketing success.
To be qualified for this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Experience working with Salesforce.com and consider yourself a strong user or super user of Salesforce.
- Project Management and Business Analysis experience.
- Prefer that you have an understanding of EDI as it relates to invoices, purchase orders, shipping acknowledgements, and other sales and delivery related EDI transactions.
- PMP certification would be a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
This is a full-time position so you must be able to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
As this role is leading a team, you would be working from our offices so you must live in the North Atlanta area and be willing to work from our office during the week. There is no remote work.
