Job Overview:

The Lead Salesforce Solutions Architect at Compunnel Inc. will play a pivotal role in designing and executing various components on the Salesforce platform tailored for the Roadside Service division. This position requires close collaboration with architects, product managers, business stakeholders, and fellow engineers to develop robust, efficient, and reliable Salesforce solutions while phasing out legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on optimal strategies to align business requirements with technical solutions (5%).
  • Guide Salesforce developers and assist in resolving technical disputes, including the creation of design standards (10%).
  • Ensure seamless integration of technical functionalities, maintaining data accessibility, accuracy, and security (10%).
  • Conduct data analysis and mapping from legacy applications to Standard Objects and Fields in Salesforce (10%).
  • Enhance user interfaces and create dynamic pages utilizing Lightning App Builder (5%).
  • Streamline business processes through automation with flows and approval workflows (5%).
  • Design reusable Flows that showcase innovative solutions and demonstrate in-depth technical expertise (10%).
  • Establish integrations between Salesforce and other applications using Flows and tools such as Apigee, Google Cloud (Cloud Functions, CloudRun, PubSub), Workday, and Slack (20%).
  • Implement Salesforce Digital Engagement for one-way and two-way SMS communications (5%).
  • Develop batch and real-time data pipelines connecting Salesforce with on-premise and SaaS applications (10%).

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Financial Service Cloud.
  • Proficient in integrating SOAP and REST services.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence) and code management in source control (preferably Git).
  • Experience in administration with Permission Sets, Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Page Layouts, Record Types, Reports, and Dashboards.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce data model, integration patterns, and solution configuration on the Salesforce platform.
  • Excellent facilitation skills, capable of leading executive workshops and achieving consensus.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related technology role within an agile team environment.
  • Current certifications in Platform App Builder (DEX-403) and Administrator (ADX201 / ADX211) are required.
  • Field Service (FSL201) certification is preferred.

Additional Advantage: Possession of Platform Developer I/II or Application Architecture certifications will be considered a significant asset.
