JOB SUMMARY:

As a Human Resources Director, you will play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to drive organizational success. Your primary responsibility is to build a high-performing workforce that fuels our business goals and fosters a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement. As the HR lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, compensation, and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.


The Human Resources team focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent within the organization. They handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes. Their responsibilities include talent acquisition, performance management, training, and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. They also promote employee engagement, foster a positive work culture, and support organizational change and growth strategies.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process for all positions, ensuring we attract and hire top talent.
  • Oversee the onboarding and training of new employees, fostering a smooth transition and positive first impression.
  • Manage employee relations, including performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution.
  • Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices, recommending and implementing improvements to HR processes.
  • Partner with leadership across the organization to develop and implement programs that promote employee engagement and a positive work environment.
  • Manage the HR budget and resources effectively.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management
  • 7+ years' of professional HR experience, ideally from a services oriented business, with a combination of corporate and business unit line experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
