Terminal Director Airport Restaurant Operations
* Proven leadership experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry
* Experience with inventory distribution and familiarity with POS

* Familiarity with airport operations is a plus
* Three to five years of management or supervisory experience in the food service
industry, preferably in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment
* Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurants
* Prepare sales and operational reports as required
* Ensure exceptional customer experiences through efficient service and high-quality standards
* Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
* Implement strategic initiatives to drive sales and enhance profitability
* Maintain compliance with health, safety, and airport regulations
* Collaborate with corporate and airport management to align goals and objectives
* Working knowledge of business and accounting procedures; ability to analyze data
* Coordinate and supervise the duties of team members, supervisors, and volunteers in the concessions department
* Schedule interviews and hire team members; conduct training sessions in line with company policies and procedures
* Follow federal, state and local regulations in relation to safety
* Ensure cash handling and inventory levels processes are effective
* Prepare sales and operational reports as required
