Job Title: Director of Operations – Multi-Unit Restaurant Group

Anani Group is a dynamic and rapidly growing multi-unit restaurant group known for our commitment to exceptional service, quality dining experiences, and middle eastern cuisine. We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead our expanding portfolio of restaurants and drive operational excellence across all locations.
Job Summary:
The Director of Operations will oversee the day-to-day operations of our multi-unit restaurant group, ensuring consistent delivery of high standards in service, quality, and profitability. This role is critical in driving operational strategies, enhancing guest experiences, and achieving financial targets across all locations.
-Key Responsibilities:
-Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the General Managers and other key personnel at each location to ensure effective and efficient restaurant operations.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure consistency in quality, service, and brand standards across all units. Implement and monitor operational procedures to optimize performance and customer experience.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and develop strategies to improve profitability. Oversee inventory management, cost control, and revenue generation initiatives.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance staff performance, customer service, and adherence to operational procedures.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Guest Relations: Address and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Innovation: Identify and implement best practices, process improvements, and innovative solutions to drive operational efficiency and enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Director of Operations or similar role managing 15+ restaurant units.
- Proven track record of successful multi-unit management, including experience with P&L responsibility, financial analysis, and budget management.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff at all levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and guest relations.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety, inventory management, and operational best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
